The first part of this short MTB tour leads through Festigia, one of the largest vineyards in Istria. Along the road, we can find Faragude, old resting places, that make good spots for short sightseeing breaks. Probably the nicest part of the tour is the ride through Kontija, protected Park Forest. Wide forest roads and narrow trails lead us through shady woodlands to the slopes of the Lim bay. Vrsar and its archipelago of tiny islands is one of the prettiest sites of the Croatian coast; we suggest visiting Montraker, deserted stone pit that offers a spectacular view of the entire area.
By the end of the tour we are passing by the Dušan Džamonja sculpture park, this remarkable open-air museum with its display of monumental sculptures is definitely well worth a visit.
